Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (the "Agreement") govern participation in the l10n.dev Developer Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
Participation is open to developers, companies, and organizations that build integrations or promote l10n.dev in compliance with this Agreement.
Integrations must be open source to ensure transparency, quality, and security for users.

2. Enrollment

To join, you must apply through our affiliate portal or by contacting us directly.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Commissions & Payments

You will earn a 10% commission on package purchases made by users who adopt our service through your integration.
Commission is calculated on the package price actually received by l10n.dev (excluding refunds and chargebacks). Current price list can be found here.
Payouts are made on a monthly basis once the minimum payout threshold of $50 is reached.
If a customer cancels, refunds, or disputes a payment, corresponding commissions will be reversed.

4. Responsibilities of Affiliates

You agree to:

Build and maintain your integration in good faith.
Provide accurate information and avoid misleading users.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Generating fake or fraudulent signups.
Using spam, misleading advertising, or trademark abuse.
Reverse engineering, copying, or building a competing translation API based on access to l10n.dev services during participation in the Program and for 12 months after termination.

5. Technical Support & Resources

We provide documentation, sample code, and technical support to assist with API integration.
Affiliates may also receive marketing collaboration opportunities, such as co-marketing, community highlights, or joint content.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with written notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions up to the termination date will be paid according to the standard payout schedule, unless commissions were earned in violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use l10n.dev branding and marketing materials provided by us solely for Program participation.
You may not alter our trademarks or misrepresent your relationship with l10n.dev.

8. Limitation of Liability

l10n.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of Republic of Uzbekistan.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or published on our website. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
