3. User Rights

Access: You can view your uploaded translation files and associated data through the user interface.
Download: You can download your translation files at any time through the user interface.
Deletion: You can delete your translation files at any time through the user interface. Once deleted, the files are permanently removed from our systems.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and translation files for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Deleted files are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

If there is no payment for the service or no active paid subscription, we reserve the right to automatically delete your translation files after 90 days. This ensures efficient use of our resources and compliance with our data retention policies.

We use third-party services to facilitate account creation, login, secure data management, and service delivery:

The shared responsibility model applies to both AWS and Azure services. While these providers are responsible for securing their global infrastructure, we are responsible for maintaining control over the content hosted on their infrastructure, including security configuration and management tasks.
