Referral Program Terms

Welcome to the l10n.dev Referral Program (the "Program"). These Referral Program Terms (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. How the Program Works

• You receive a unique referral link that you can share with others.
• When someone signs up using your referral link and makes a purchase, you automatically receive 10% of the characters they purchased as a reward.
• You can track your referral statistics, including total referred users and total characters rewarded, through the "Share & Earn 10%" page in your workspace.
• Rewards are credited to your account immediately after the referred user's payment is confirmed and processed.

2. Eligibility

• You must have an active l10n.dev account in good standing to participate in the Program.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting l10n.dev.
• Referrals must be genuine new users who have not previously registered with l10n.dev.

3. Rewards

• You will receive 10% of the character count purchased by users who sign up through your referral link.
• Rewards are calculated based on the actual characters purchased (excluding any promotional bonuses, refunds, or chargebacks).
• Rewarded characters have the same expiration date as the characters purchased by your referred user.
• Rewards are credited automatically after successful payment confirmation.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the total rewards you can earn, provided all activity complies with these terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself or to generate additional rewards is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent Signups: Using fake information, bots, or automated systems to generate referrals is not allowed.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or posting spam on forums, social media, or other platforms is prohibited.
• Misleading Claims: Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about l10n.dev services to entice signups is not permitted.
• Self-Referrals: Referring yourself using different email addresses or payment methods to earn rewards is prohibited.
• Trademark Abuse: Bidding on our brand name or trademarks in paid search campaigns without prior written approval is not allowed.

5. Fraud Prevention & Detection

• We employ advanced fraud detection systems, including device fingerprinting and behavior analysis, to identify suspicious activity.
• Accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, will have all rewards revoked and may be permanently banned from the service.
• We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious referral activity and take appropriate action, including withholding or reversing rewards.
• Repeated violations or attempts to circumvent our fraud prevention measures may result in legal action.

6. Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals are tracked through unique referral codes embedded in your referral link.
• A signup is attributed to you only if the new user clicks your referral link and completes registration within the same browser session.
• We are not responsible for referrals that are not properly tracked due to browser settings, cookie blockers, or other technical limitations.

7. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violations of these terms.
• If your account is terminated for fraudulent activity, all pending and previously credited rewards may be revoked.
• You may voluntarily exit the Program at any time by discontinuing the use of your referral link.
• Upon termination, you will no longer accrue new rewards, but existing credited rewards will remain in your account unless revoked due to fraud.

8. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time with or without notice. Changes to reward rates, eligibility requirements, or other Program terms will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Disclaimer

• The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from fraud attempts.
• Rewards are subject to verification and may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspicious activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

l10n.dev, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of rewards credited to your account in the previous 12 months.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
